They let me know that there was a delay in sending out my shirt and then again when it was finally shipped. Unfortunately, I got the wrong shirt but they were quick to send me out the correct one. In the real world, not all things go right the first time but I will stand behind a company that I know will fix any glitches. I will definitely order again from them!
